BibleChatMac is a Bible AI that runs entirely on your Mac — offline, private, and on-device. After a one-time model download, you can ask questions, find verses, and pray with no internet connection and no data ever leaving your device.
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. The AI model runs locally using Apple’s MLX framework on Apple Silicon. Once the model is downloaded on first launch, every reply is generated on-device. You can use it on a plane, in church, or with Wi-Fi off.
Is it private?
Completely. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Your questions, prayers, and history are stored only on your Mac — there is no server to send them to.
Accurate verses, never fabricated
A built-in scripture database supplies the exact, verbatim verse text whenever a reference is cited, so quotations are always accurate — the model never invents verses.
